Terms of Order, Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Orders and Pricing

• All menu prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, dishes and availability may change without prior notice.
• Once your order is placed and payment is completed, an order confirmation is sent to you through the website and/or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery

• Delivery is available within the specified zones around each branch — Marina Walk and Bur Dubai.
• Delivery charges and minimum order values vary by zone and are always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather or order volume during busy hours.

3. Pickup and Dine-in Pre-Orders

• At checkout you may choose a pickup or dine-in time slot based on the operating hours of your selected branch.
• Please collect your order within a reasonable time of the selected slot so the food is enjoyed at its best.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the kitchen begins preparation.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• If a valid refund is due — for example an order error, a quality issue or non-delivery — the refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For any issue with your order, please contact the branch directly and we will make it right.

5. Payment

• Payments are securely processed through the Telr payment gateway.
• We do not store your card details at any time.
• All transactions are charged in AED.
